About Us
Felix Willer
born 1977, married, 2 wonderful children
Occupation: geriatric nurse, relaxation trainer and hypnotist
After my first vocational training as a journeyman confectioner, I was called up for military service. However, I decided to do 12 months of community service in a care home for the elderly, which gave me my first insight into a completely new and exciting professional field.
I quickly realised that I wanted to pursue this career, so I applied directly to the institution. Over the next three years of my training, I was confronted with various facets of care.
The high demands, the individual needs of the residents, the working conditions and the increasing bureaucracy demanded a lot from me, but my enjoyment of this work remained undimmed.
After completing my training as a geriatric nurse, I moved to a different ward within the facility and was soon able to utilise my skills as a team leader. With the appropriate further training and a large rucksack of newly acquired knowledge, my team and I organised everyday life on the ward.
In the long run, the challenges as a team leader left their mark and I was confronted with a high level of stress, which I needed help to cope with. As I always thought "productively", I trained to become a relaxation trainer so that I could help myself. This awakened my interest in hypnosis, laughter yoga and psychology, which I began to practise on a part-time basis.
In my practice for hypnosis and relaxation techniques, I explored new possibilities for communication, creative co-operation and corporate design. I gained my first experience in website creation through the website www.hypnose-willer.de, which I initially designed myself.
As I wanted to work more intensively with hypnosis at this time, I gave up my management role in geriatric care and went back to working normal shifts as a registered geriatric nurse.
A part-time job in non-clinical intensive care, looking after home-ventilated patients, brought another 4 years of variety into my professional life. There I learnt about the challenges of caring for relatives in the outpatient sector and gained a new understanding.
With the necessary care and support of my own grandmother from 2015, I retired from outpatient intensive care again and only worked in the nursing home and in my practice. Together with my wife, I have been caring for my grandmother ever since. We have lived together in the same household since then, which still presents us with new challenges.
Today, in my prime and highly motivated, I can look back on an exciting and varied professional life. With a lot of knowledge and experience under my belt, I now want to pass this on to people who really need it. The idea for pflegetrick-AKADEMIE was born.
I would be delighted to make the daily care of your relatives easier for you too and to support you with my expertise and practical experience. As a family carer, you know best how demanding and challenging this task can be. That's exactly why I want to help you.
I look forward with all my heart to a successful co-operation with you.
Yours, Felix Willer

Profession: alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, systemic counsellor, trauma counsellor, nutritionist, nurse
After completing my vocational training as a nurse, I had the privilege of working in various clinical specialities. I was also able to gain valuable experience in the care and support of people with psychiatric illnesses. My time in outpatient intensive care was particularly formative, where I gained a deep insight into home care. There, I was not only trained in the care and counselling of relatives, but was also able to develop my organisational skills.
Parallel to my professional activities, I completed a part-time training programme to become a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and specific further training in the field of psychology. These formed the foundation for my successful work in my own practice. There I work as a systemic counsellor, trauma counsellor and hypnotherapist.
I write blog articles for the website www.pflegetrick.de and offer helpful support for family carers with my specialist knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of care. Together with my empathetic husband, I share the responsibility of caring for his grandmother. Together, we decided to look after her in our household and ensure her well-being. This decision has presented us with new challenges, but it has also strengthened our bond and made us an even better team. We firmly believe that love, compassion and professional knowledge are the foundations of quality care. We put these values into practice every day in our nursing practice and want to pass them on to you so that you can fulfil your nursing role with confidence and strength.
I look forward to supporting you in your care work and to being able to help you with my expertise and experience. Let's master the challenges of caring together and support your relatives in the best possible way.
Best regards,
Yours, Antje Willer
